Job Summary
We are hiring a Skylight & Solar Specialist responsible for site inspection planning installation and maintenance of skylight and solar systems across residential and commercial projects.
The role requires hands-on technical skill strong installation accuracy and the ability to coordinate with civil electrical and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable skylight or solar solutions.
Install skylight systems (fixed ventilated tubular motorized)
Install and maintain solar panels inverters and wiring systems
Ensure proper waterproofing sealing and structural safety
Identify and resolve leakage electrical or performance issues
Coordinate with architects site engineers and electricians
Maintain installation quality and safety standards
Provide basic system usage guidance to clients
Requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of skylight installation systems
Understanding of solar panel installation and inverter connections
Experience with RCC metal and sheet roofing
Waterproofing and sealing expertise
Basic electrical knowledge
Ability to read layouts or site drawings
Qualifications
ITI / Diploma or relevant field experience
13 years of hands-on installation experience
Comfortable working at heights
Willing to travel to project sites
Preferred Skills
Experience with on-grid or hybrid solar systems
Ability to manage helpers or junior technicians
Prior construction or architectural project exposure
