Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining a high-performance talent pipeline that consistently delivers top-tier candidates for critical roles across sales manufacturing supply chain management corporate functions and leadership positions. By driving end-to-end recruitment processes with precision and strategic foresight this role ensures business continuity operational productivity and cultural alignment. The Specialist partners closely with hiring managers to define role expectations assess candidate fit through structured evaluations and leverage data-driven insights to improve hiring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across sales manufacturing SCM corporate and leadership functions.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using diverse channels including sourcing employee referrals campus recruitment external agencies and social platforms.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics in real time including role status CV flow stage conversion rates and candidate aging.
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews using scorecards to assess skills mindset cultural fit and long-term potential.
- Ensure alignment between candidate profiles and role requirements focusing on performance values and strategic fit.
- Monitor and report on post-hire success indicators such as 90-day performance and retention feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations define success criteria and co-create A-Player profiles.
- Provide market intelligence hiring feasibility assessments and time-to-fill forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Manage all hiring workflows within Zoho Recruit (or designated ATS) to ensure process consistency and data accuracy.
- Generate and deliver regular recruitment reports to stakeholders for transparency and decision-making.
- Deliver a professional consistent and positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Promote and strengthen Duratufs employer brand through proactive engagement referral programs and candidate advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree OR MBA in Human Resources
- 3 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in fast-paced multi-functional environments.
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment across sales operations and leadership roles.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Zoho Recruit or equivalent) and HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of structured interviewing techniques and competency-based assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and report on hiring KPIs.
- Self-motivated organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancement is a plus.
