We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydneys Northwest and Southwest regions.

In this hands-on role youll lead daily site operations across a range of civil projects. Youll manage teams coordinate subcontractors and work closely with the Site and Project Managers to deliver high-quality work safely on time and within budget.

• Superviseandensureallday-to-daysiteactivitiesarewell-plannedandproductive
• Allocatetasksandoverseecrewsandsubcontractors
• Runsiteinductionstoolboxtalks(onaverage30individuals)andcompleteallWHSpaperwork
• Inspectingworksandmaintainingqualitystandards
• Trackprojectprogressagainstyourownprogramensuringtheprojectisdeliveredontime
• Ensurethesiteisappropriatelyresourcedandworksarealwaysproductive
• MaintainWHSenvironmentalandstatutorycompliance
• Communicateclearlywithteamsandstakeholders
• Identifyandresolveissuesearly
• Supportasafepositiveandproductiveworkculture
• Assistwithsurveysetoutandqualitychecksasneeded
• Participateinregularleadershipdevelopmenttraining

About You:

• ProvenexperienceasaSupervisororForemanincivilconstructionideallywithabackgroundinresidentialsubdivision
• Strongleadershipandteamcoordinationskills
• Abilitytoreadandinterpretconstructionplans
• Solidunderstandingofconstructionprocessesmethodsandmaterials
• Highattentiontodetailwithstrongplanningandorganisationalskills
• Clearandconfidentcommunicationwithstronginterpersonalskills
• SoundknowledgeofWHSEnvironmentalandQualityManagementSystems
• Effectiveproblem-solvinganddecision-makingabilities
