What Youll Be Doing
- Be the goto guide for clients throughout their entire preconstruction journey
- Keep every job moving by coordinating with drafting estimating sales interior design permits and construction
- Spot roadblocks early and get them sorted before they slow anything down
- Manage all documentation approvals and requirements needed to reach site start
- Give clear friendly updates that keep clients confident informed and excited
What You Bring
- At least 12 months experience in pre-site coordination or property portfolio management
- Confident communicator who keeps clients calm informed and supported
- A natural organiser with sharp attention to detail
- You spot problems early and jump straight into solutions
- Comfortable managing a busy portfolio and keeping multiple jobs moving at once
