We are currently looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist to step into a multi-disciplinary Team Leader position.
Youll have the opportunity to share your expertise mentor emerging professionals and contribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community clinic.
In turn we will develop your career by providing access to many inhouse pathways such as our Leadership Excellence program!
On a daily basis you will:
- Provide operational support for each discipline
- Provide mentorship training and formal 1:1 supervision to clinicians
- Run monthly peer group supervision sessions
- Independently assess complex participants emotional psychological cognitive developmental and physical level of function for caseload allocation
- Use clinical observations and standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Mentor graduates and early career clinicians
- Deliver much needed therapy services to participants within schools clinic homes and community
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications :
To be considered suitable you will have:
- Degree qualification in either Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
- Experience in the NDIS is essential
- Current full registration or unrestricted membership with the applicable national professional body in Australia for your field of qualification
- Proven ability to effectively lead and support allied health professionals in the development of their clinical skills
- Exceptional written verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
- Proactive attitude motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new idea
- Looking for a fun collaborative and supportive work environment
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector
