Under general supervision youll provide essential administrative support to our partners professional staff and visitors ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our reputation for delivering exceptional client service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Open and close the office lobby daily
  • Greet visitors and answer phone calls
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and virtually
  • Sort scan and send mail and packages including UPS and Certified mail
  • Order lunches for meetings and events
  • Maintain kitchen areas (dishwasher coffee beverages stocking)
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Manage conference rooms including scheduling and setup
  • Organize and scan documents using office technology
  • Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to partners and staff
  • Interact professionally with clients and handle inquiries courteously
  • Keep the office clean and organized


Ideal candidate has:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of receptionist experience
  • High computer literacy
  • Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills

In-office work arrangement:
This is an in-office position (M-F) based in the Edina office.


Additional Information:
At Abdo we are committed to providing fair transparent and competitive compensation that reflects the unique skills and experiences of each candidate. The estimated base pay range for this role is $20.50 - 25.50 per hour. Offers are typically made below the maximum to allow room for future compensation increases in the role. The compensation offer will be based on factors such as experience education licensure certifications skills and business needs.


All employees have the opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses based on demonstration of extraordinary performance special projects or significant importance or other major accomplishments.
