Job Summary
Logan Utah
- Ensuring contractual SLAs are met by tracking jobs through the production process.
- Verify all MRDF files are reconciled and closed out in JTR daily.
- Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
- Provide clerical support by recording entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
- Maintain records: compile standard reports file tabulate and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
- Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilize a general understanding of other departments and functions
- May be responsible for data entry reporting checking or verifying of information generation of reports and responding to data requests
- Responsible for maintaining department files
- May assist with production planning and special projects
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year but 3 years preferred of previous related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word
- Preferred previous data entry and payroll experience
- Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
- Lifting up to 50 lbs 4-6 hours
- Walking/standing 6-7 hours
- Bending/stooping 2-3 hours

B-Shift - Tues-Fri 5:00pm - 3:00am. $1.25 shift differential
The pay rate for this role is $19.57 hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in and stand-by pay.
