What Youll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat email and phone focusing on generating quotes and driving sales opportunities.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Meet or exceed lead generation and opportunity creation goals.
- Support outbound prospecting efforts including pipeline development and follow-up on leads.
- Develop expertise in our products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hospitals ISOs and OEMs to build strong relationships.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree
- 24 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Nice-to-Have:
- Biomedical engineering background.
- Portuguese language skills.
- Experience in the healthcare segment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
