What Youll Do
Territory & Commercial Management
- Visit current and potential customers including hospitals clinics private geriatric facilities diagnostic centers universities and laboratories.
- Engage with key decision-makers involved in purchasing evaluating and using equipment and services.
- Apply consultative selling techniques offering valuebased solutions that foster longterm relationships.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities including tenders and contracts working closely with Sales Management and regional leadership.
- Monitor territory performance propose corrective actions and share insights with the team.
Product Expertise & Training
- Promote and demonstrate the quality and benefits of the product portfolio.
- Ensure proper product use and deliver professional training to healthcare staff.
- Assess the effectiveness of training activities and their impact on sales growth.
Analysis Planning & Reporting
- Analyze hospitallevel sales data and product line performance.
- Identify differences between institutions and develop strategies with management to improve coverage and results.
- Prepare sales reports document daily activities and communicate trends risks or opportunities promptly.
- Manage customer complaints according to established procedures and escalate when needed.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor competitive activity and new product launches.
- Maintain strong collaboration with colleagues in the territory to ensure a coordinated customer approach.
Other Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable legal requirements and commercial policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
What You Bring
MustHave
- Experience in consultative sales ideally within the healthcare or medicalhospital sector.
- Ability to engage with different stakeholders (physicians administrators managers technicians).
- Strong planning organization and commercial data analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Customercentric mindset proactivity and results orientation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with tenders or contracting processes in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of hospital workflows and decision-making processes.
- Background in Health Sciences Business Administration Engineering or related fields.
