Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation abilities
Proficiency in multimedia training platforms and methods
Ability to assess research and implement effective training options
Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
Critical thinking and adaptability in problem-solving

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Familiarity with daily clinic operations
Experience with eCW and navigating the system
