Job Summary
Title:
HVAC DesignerKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies differentiated advisory services deep technical domain expertise energy transition solutions high-end design capabilities and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.
KBR is looking for a HVAC Designer with strong knowledge of industrial commercial or residential HVAC systems with interest in engineering design work. This could also be a good fit for a recent graduate of a CAD training program. You will work with and be mentored by Senior Designers at the site that are capable of teaching the CAD software and acting as a resource for any technical questions.
This is a long-term contract position in the Towanda/Wysox PA area. No Per Diem or relocation is offered.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Experience in Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design for power oil and gas refinery petrochemical / industrial commercial or residential projects
AutoCAD or MicroStation preferred
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to plan prioritize and implement multiple concurrent projects or activities.
Good communication & documentation of work products are essential
