Role Overview:
We are seeking a Resident District Manager to oversee Binghamton Universitys dynamic dining program including residential dining retail outlets catering and seasonal hospitality. This role manages a multi-location district drives operational excellence and fosters a student-focused culture.

What Youll Do:

Lead residential dining retail catering and conference operations to exceed performance goals.
Manage budgets of $20M with cost control and labor efficiency strategies.
Partner with university stakeholders to align on vision strategy and student experience initiatives.
Drive sustainability DE&I student engagement and local sourcing programs.
Recruit mentor and develop teams promoting internal advancement and accountability.

What You Bring:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership in large-scale food service operations (higher education or hospitality preferred).
Experience managing multiple service lines budgets and unionized teams.
Strong financial acumen and track record of exceeding KPIs.
Exceptional communication client-facing and team-building skills.
