Job Summary
Urgent Hiring January Start
We are urgently hiring Russian-speaking Customer Support Representatives with strong translation and written communication skills to join an international team supporting a global digital platform.
This is a fully remote role based in Portugal ideal for candidates who already hold a valid EU passport or Portuguese residence card.
What Youll Be Doing
- Handle customer inquiries in Russian via email chat and written channels
- Translate and localize content between Russian and English with accuracy and cultural sensitivity
- Review edit and ensure quality of translated customer-facing content
- Provide clear professional and customer-focused support
- Follow internal quality guidelines and documentation processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent Russian (C1/C2)
- Good level of English (B2)
- Strong written communication and translation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Previous experience in customer support translation content moderation is a plus (not mandatory)
