Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about design user behavior and building digital experiences that are both functional and visually appealing. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or junior-level designer eager to grow and learn in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the design team in creating user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Develop wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Assist in conducting user research and gathering insights to improve usability.

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Help maintain and evolve the companys design system and brand consistency.

Iterate on feedback from team members and stakeholders.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in design HCI Computer Science or a related field.

Basic understanding of UX principles user-centered design and responsive design.

Proficiency in design tools: Figma Adobe XD Photoshop Illustrator etc.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for clean user-friendly interfaces.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design work (academic freelance or personal projects welcome).

Nice to Have:

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Exposure to design handoff tools (e.g. Zeplin Figma Inspect).

Familiarity with usability testing or user analytics tools.
