Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for website applications
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
Design and optimize complex dashboards with a focus on usability data visualization and user workflow.
Conduct user research usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Maintain design consistency by following design systems and best practices
Translate business requirements into user-friendly designs

Requirements

23 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Strong proficiency in Figma (must-have)
Proven experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy applications
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with wireframing prototyping and usability testing
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
