Job Summary

Job Description

To streamline operation of the IT Department in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
Organize resources and set goals and objectives.
Formulate and implement IT strategies policies and procedures.
Serves information processing by planning organizing evaluating IT operations and managing staff effectively.
Lead the team to make use of IT as strategic tool to support and educate end user department.
Project Management Develop Budgets Promote Process Improvement and Resolve Conflict.
Ensure smooth and proper development and implementation of processes to ensure quality of the deliverables.
Improve IT Infrastructure (Enterprise Servers Network capacity and Security) based on business requirement.
Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify recommend develop implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization.
To define and implement IT policies procedures and best practices.
Working with groups within IT infrastructure and IT applications in resolving problem issues.

Job Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science or IT related field or related working experience.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans.
Effective communications and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent IT skills combined with a good head for business.
Excellent networking skills with vendors and service providers.
Minimum 8 years related working experience in the managerial level.
Technical skills required: SAP S4 HANA MS office Tools Power BI MSSQL server for database HCL email forms and workflow Lotus VMWare environment forefront of digital transformation.
