Job Summary
Position: Warehouse Manager
Salary Up To RM10000
Location: Pontian Johor.
Job Descriptions:
- Managing the warehouse in line with the companys standards.
- Overseeing receiving warehousing and distribution operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Adhere to all warehousing handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
- Review and prepare workflows staffing requirements space allocations equipment layouts manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity quality and customer service.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Motivating and disciplining staff
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or relevant fields.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
- 5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Available to work extended hours.
