Job Summary
The Line Production Manager manages assigned production lines to ensure targets for quality quantity efficiency waste reduction and documentation are consistently achieved in compliance with GMP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned production line.
- Ensure operators follow SOP hygiene and safety policies.
- Prepare batch record documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor production output reject rate and downtime.
- Coordinate machine changeover and cleaning procedures.
- Train and supervise line leaders and operators.
- Report production deviations and support corrective actions.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors in Management Business Pharmacy Engineering or related technical field.
- 12 years experience in manufacturing; pharmaceutical preferred.
- Knowledge of SOP batch record and production workflow.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
