B2B Digital Sales Specialist (Italian & English) Hybrid (Sofia Bulgaria)
We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary performance bonus and relocation support.
Role Overview
In this role you will:
- Conduct outbound cold calling to identify qualify and engage business leads
- Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
- Build manage and develop a consistent sales pipeline
- Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
- Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
- Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and a results-driven proactive mindset
What We Offer
- Full-time contract Monday to Friday (09:0018:00)
- Hybrid work model based in Sofia
- Gross monthly salary: 3300 BGN bonus benefits
- Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2000 BGN
