Customer Service Specialist

for the site Borgo San Michele LT Italy

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare data to support periodic call with the customers
  • Update Report of Customer Service and KPIs
  • Coordinate inner cross-functional meetings as part of the Communication Improvement project to identify and manage criticalities affecting the supply
  • Coordinate the implementation of Products Line extension and products configuration Change
  • Enter the Forecast and the orders in the system (Business on-going and New Business) according to standard contract time
  • Collect Forecast (on-going and new business) to support the BUDGET and S&OP activities
  • Analyse the request and send the order confirmation within contractual terms
  • Monitor the customers orders until the shipment and re-schedule the shipping dates in accordance with the guidelines established from the Corporate (OTD)
  • Analyse the causes in case of OTD failure and provide solutions to avoid a recurrence of the event
  • Organize the products shipment and pick-up
  • Maintain the Customer and the Product Master data

Your profile

  • University degree in Economy or Management Engineering (preferred)
  • Experience in Customer Service / Planning
  • Knowledge the of Supply Chain process
  • Knowledge of customer order management and demand analysis
  • Experience in data analysis (Excel ERP)
  • Ability using Excel to process analysis compare data and prepare graphics
  • Ability to prepare power point presentations
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • APICS certification (preferred)
  • Sense of responsibility and perseverance
  • Time management and planning skills and aptitude to respect deadlines
  • Excellent listening and learning skill with the ability to manage information
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude to work in a complex environment being flexible towards people and situations
