Job Summary

Role: Senior Program Manager PMU- Odisha ECCE
Experience: 4-5 years
Salary: 8-10 LPA

Role Overview

The Senior Program Manager will work closely with the Department of Women and Child Development and ICDS Department in Bhubaneswar. Youll spend 70% of your time working within these departments on policy implementation and research and 30% on field visits to districts for program monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with government departments and stakeholders
Support policy implementation and research for Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) programs
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for government stakeholders
Oversee project implementation across districts in Odisha
Make quarterly field visits to 2-3 districts for program launches and events
Assist with budget planning and management for ECCE initiatives
Draft formal communications in Odia Hindi and English

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Public Administration Social Sciences Education Management or related field (Masters preferred)

Experience:

4-5 years in project management public policy or program implementation
Minimum 2 years working with government departments
Experience in fieldwork and on-ground program implementation

Skills:

Strong understanding of government operations in education and child development sectors
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
Project management expertise
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Fluency in English Hindi and Odia (written and spoken)
