Job Summary

Domestic Considerations: 60 RSDs per year. Army Reserve post supporting training events across the UK.

Position Role: Trg SNCO/ WO

Responsibilities:

Advise the CO XO and CoC of their responsibilities in management and assurance of training.
Deliver Infantry ALDP lessons at Cpl and Sgt level.
Assist the Governance and Assurance team as required.
Be familiar with all current policy and direction relating to training including JSP 822 JSP 539 and JSP 375
Assist the Regimental Training PSI on Regimental Training tasks.
Plan Conduct and Supervise Regimental ITR Packages.
Assist PSIs and Trg teams on PALLAS at irregular intervals.
Advise planners/trainers incl PSI on Trg Area bookings.
Be prepared to conduct other duties as required by the XO.
