Maintain clear and precise case documentation in internal systems.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and share insights that improve service quality.
Apply empathy and patience to every interaction ensuring positive outcomes for customers.

Native or fluent French speaker with excellent verbal and written skills.
Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
Strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style across channels (phone email chat social media).
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous customer support experience is advantageous but not required.
