Call Centre Representative x 2

Global Organisation - Chipping Norton

Immediate Start - $36.30 S per hour

Several temporary positions available for an immediate start

Our client is seeking multiple Call Centre Representatives to join their global organisation based in Chipping Norton. You must have prior experience in high volume call centre environments and be able to start immediately.

Your duties will include:

Receiving high volume inbound calls regarding general enquiries from new and existing customers
Scheduling technicians for product services repairs and appointments
Deliver customer service excellence through effective communication with internal and external customers
Database management and data entry
Monitoring of fax and email correspondence
Meet monthly reporting requirements as well as delegated ad-hoc tasks.

The successful candidate:

Has proven experience in customer service and call centre environments
Has a passion for providing outstanding service at all times
Has excellent relationship and rapport building skills
Capable of working within tight time frames and managing own work-utilising time management skills
Current working knowledge of SAP
Is confident friendly and switched on
Has excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Is extremely organised and has high attention to detail
