Handyman / Maintenance Technician - Part Time to Full Time

Role Summary
ROLE SUMMARY
Were hiring a Residential Service Technician to deliver high-quality handyman and maintenance work for homeowners across the NoCo community.

You will:
- Complete assigned projects with accuracy and care

Hours: 20 to 35 hours/week (part-time to full-time path available)

- Drywall patching paint prep/touch-ups
- Carpentry and trim work
- Light fixture swaps hardware installs basic electrical work
- Caulking sealing door adjustments installing new doors
- Basic plumbing repairs/ maintenance
- Hanging TVs shelves art blinds
- Exterior/seasonal home upkeep tasks
- Keeping job sites clean and organized
- Tile work experience is a plus.
5-10 year experience in construction
