Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Social Media Content Strategist who can take full ownership of content creation messaging and execution across multiple platforms. This is not a support roleit is a strategic creative position focused on building a strong consistent and impactful brand presence.

The ideal candidate is both a thinker and a doersomeone who can transform ideas into high-performing content quickly while maintaining brand integrity and audience relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

Create produce and execute high-quality content across Instagram TikTok and Facebook
Develop engaging short-form video concepts and oversee or execute editing
Capture and maintain a consistent brand voice tone and messaging
Establish and manage a consistent posting schedule (minimum 57 posts per week)
Collaborate directly with the founder to rapidly turn ideas into publish-ready content
Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for growth and engagement
Stay updated on social media trends and apply them strategically to content

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing and creating content for personal brands coaches or similar niches
Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content and social media campaigns
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice
Solid understanding of audience engagement content strategy and platform growth
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency (without over-reliance)
Ability to work independently and execute with minimal supervision
Consistent and reliable content output
High-quality brand-aligned content across all platforms
Measurable growth in engagement reach and followers
Ability to independently manage and execute content strategy after onboarding
