Responsibilities
This is aHR Specialistrole responsible with the payroll and benefits administrationmainly forPhilippines and multiple other Citco locations with duties such as:
- Manage end-to-end administration of Philippines statutory benefits including SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG and government loans.
- Handle HMO/insurance enrollment updates and cancellations and coordinate directly with vendors for employee concerns.
- Monitor and process employee benefit claims such as reimbursements insurance claims and other company-provided benefits.
- Maintainaccurateand updated records of all employee benefits and enrollment statuses.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employeesregardingbenefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all government-mandated policies deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Support benefits-related audits and provide required documentation.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including HRBPs Finance vendors regional HR teams and People Operations.
- Maintainhigh standardsof confidentiality risk management and audit compliance.
- Support HR or People Ops projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
About You:
- Graduate orpost graduatefrom a recognized university
- 4-6yearsin HR specializing in Philippinecompensation and benefitsexperience
- Solid understanding of HR / Payroll functional areas andpractices;
- Strong Excel skills (preferably advanced: formulas pivot tables data validation VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Highly organized with excellent monitoring and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management; able to work with multiple teams and vendors.
- Exceptional skill in balancing priorities in a dynamic high-volume environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
