This two-year programme is designed to empower you to become a future Hastings leader.Through a mix of practical experience professionaldevelopmentand mentoringyoullgain the skills and confidence to support people strategies andhave a real impact for our colleagues customerscompanyand community.
This programme offers exposure to a variety of HR functions giving you a broad understanding of how HR shapes organisational performance.Youllhave theopportunity to undertake several rotations across our various departments including:
- Communications PR & Engagement
- Organisational Development & Learning
- A degree in any discipline pendingin 2026orachieved within the last 2 years
- Experience working in a customer service rolewith acan-doapproach
- People motivatedwith strong attention to detail
- Ability to useinformation effectively
- Ambition curious anddriven
Unfortunately we cannot offer visa sponsorship for our graduateprogrammes meaning you will need to be able to prove you have right to work in the UKfor the full 2-year duration of the programme to beeligible.
As an organisation we embrace the use of AI as a powerful tool to support our datadriven ambitions and enhance the way we work. The use of AI tools to help prepare your CV and cover letter ispermitted. However during the assessment process it is a requirement that all work be completed independently without AIassistance.
