The Role & Responsibilities Supporting the Principal and the Board of Governors you will handle the vital strategic and operational HR work that allows the school to remain a top-tier employer.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Leading on recruitment and retention strategies to ensure the academy attracts elite teaching and support talent in a competitive London market.
Complex Employee Relations: Acting as the senior advisor on all ER matters including capability disciplinary and formal grievance procedures.
Policy Innovation: Developing and implementing 2026-compliant HR policies with a focus on flexible working and enhanced staff wellbeing.
Safeguarding Leadership: Taking ultimate accountability for the Single Central Record (SCR) and ensuring the school is always Ofsted-ready regarding safer recruitment.
Requirements
Degree: A Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
Certification: CIPD Level 7 is highly desirable (Level 5 mandatory).
Right to Work: Must possess the valid right to work in the UK.
