Job Description:

The Invoice to Cash (I2C) Senior Manager is responsible for leading the regional collections process ensuring efficient operations compliance and continuous improvement. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all collections activities across the EMEA region and serves as a key partner to cross-functional teams including Commercial Supply Chain Business Unit Finance Customer Service Compliance Legal and Global Services A2R.

The position requires strong collaboration with Regional BUF FP&A and Global stakeholders to manage proactive and ongoing communication of results and forecasting ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Lead the End-to-End I2C collection process strategy implementation across EMEA Region

  • Deliver operational results / Metrics that Matter (MtM) as per targets (DSO; AR Aging/Exposure; Reserves for Bad Debts and Write Offs)

  • Deliver AR targets for the region in Sales to cash efficiency and partnering with cross functional stakeholders (Commercial Supply Chain Business Unit Finance Customer Service Compliance Legal)

  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs for AR performance collections and dispute resolution.

  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on metrics and improvement plans.

  • Maintain strong partnership with various key business partners: BUF Finance Directors/Leads Regional Finance Directors CFOs; Commercial Teams; Customer Service and Supply Chain Treasury; GPOs; FP&A GS functions

  • Identify best practices around Cash Collections customer Disputes

  • Be a Change Agent and drive execution of strategic priorities.

  • Lead the ongoing transformation journey

  • Drive continuous improvement through enhanced cost effectiveness

  • Lead process standardization and integrate new businesses as per GS Finance roadmap

  • Foster a culture of accountability collaboration innovation and continuous process improvement

  • Develop and empower your people leaders by coaching guidance and strategic direction to strengthen leadership capabilities.

People Management:

  • Management and Leadership of more than 50 employees.

  • Lead a diverse and inclusive I2C organization.

  • Engage motivate develop and retain the best talents.

  • Support the team on how to best navigate through change (change management).

  • Contribute to I2C strategies as part of the EMEA I2C leadership team.

Compliance Statement:

  • Ensure strong internal controls are in place in order to achieve strong internal and external audit outcomes.

  • Accurate and timely month-end reporting. Meet all corporate and regional deadlines.

Requirements:

  • University degree in fields like Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Economics

  • Strong knowledge of credit risk management collections and AR processes.

  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and reporting tools.

  • Leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in global or shared services environments; familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.

  • Fluent English

  • Other languages of EMEA countries are advantage
