We Are Hiring a Hotel Manager / Operations Manager for a hotel in Czech Republic

Swiss Connect Solutions is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager / Operations Manager to oversee hotel operation in Prague.

We are looking for a strong hospitality leader capable of elevating operational performance driving guest satisfaction and strengthening the online presence of the hotels.

Position: Hotel Manager / Operations Manager

Location: Prague Czech Republic

Salary: Starting from 3500-4000
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Requirement: Must hold a European Union passport (work eligibility is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operation of the hotel
Drive financial results budgeting and forecasting
Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality
Boost positive guest reviews and improve reputation scores
Enhance the hotels positioning across all major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
Guide mentor and develop operational teams and department heads
Implement corporate strategies and ensure full compliance
Support market positioning and business development initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

4 or 5 Star Hotel experience
Strong commercial and leadership capabilities
Track record of improving guest satisfaction and online rankings
Strategic mindset with hands-on operational follow-through
