The role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to help keep our Brussels office running smoothly. Youll be at the heart of our daily operations supporting colleagues coordinating logistics and helping to create a professional working environment.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate our office operations
- Reception duties
- Liaise with building management and ensure office facilities run smoothly
- Order manage and restock office supplies
- Provide first-line IT support
- Act as the main contact with our external IT provider
- Set up new computers and equipment
- Deal with simple IT questions from colleagues
- Support event management
- Book hotels and transport
- Send invitations and manage follow-up
- Provide on-site support during in-person events (logistics registration technical help etc.)
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the wider team
What youll bring (minimum requirements)
- A Bachelors degree
- At least 3 years relevant work experience ideally in an office management or administrative position
- Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of IT set-up
- Graphic design experience is not essential but a definite plus
- Excellent organisational skills and a practical can-do mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French andEnglish
