Make guests feel welcome
You will learn how to greet guests warmly and professionally creating a friendly first impression and contributing to a positive overall experience.
Think ahead
Under the guidance of your supervisor you will discover how to anticipate guest needs by preparing rooms handling special requests and adding personalized touches.
Answer emails and phone calls
You will be trained to respond to guest communicationsemail phone and in-personin a timely and professional manner. You will gradually practice managing inquiries bookings and guest concerns.
Work in a dynamic environment
As part of your learning journey you will experience a fast-paced and vibrant hotel environment developing essential skills and gaining confidence in real hospitality situations.

Throughout your internship youll learn to identify issues quickly and apply effective solutions to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
