Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager from the Modular Furniture / Modular Kitchen industry to lead and manage site installation activities. The role involves coordinating with in-house designers factory teams site supervisors and clients to ensure seamless production delivery and installation across multiple projects. The candidate will also be responsible for team management process improvement and daily project reporting to management.


Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Site Management

  • Manage end-to-end project execution for modular kitchens wardrobes and interior fit-out installations.

  • Oversee and monitor all installation sites to ensure timely and quality completion.

  • Conduct regular site visits to check progress resolve issues and ensure adherence to design and timelines.

2. Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Supervise and manage a team of 8 site supervisors technicians and installation staff.

  • Coordinate daily tasks among designers factory production teams vendors and site teams.

  • Ensure clear communication and smooth workflow across departments.

3. Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactory project delivery.

  • Provide regular updates on project status and manage client expectations effectively.

4. Factory & Production Coordination

  • Work closely with the factory to track production quality checks dispatch schedules and material readiness.

  • Ensure materials reach the site as per timeline and installation requirements.

5. Process Monitoring & Improvement

  • Evaluate current project execution processes and identify areas of improvement.

  • Implement systematic workflows to improve efficiency reduce errors and minimize delays.

  • Monitor all site activities and ensure adherence to SOPs design drawings and quality standards.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily reports on site progress issues manpower deployment and installation status.

  • Report daily to management regarding project timelines deliveries and challenges.

  • Track material movement installation completion and handovers.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Modular Furniture / Modular Kitchen / Interior Fit-Out industry (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of modular systems installation processes materials and hardware.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

  • Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing installation teams.

  • Ability to handle site-based challenges and ensure timely resolution.

  • Good computer skills and ability to maintain structured reporting.
