The Opportunity & Role Profile
This busy primary school requires a reliable and practical Caretaker to oversee the security maintenance and day-to-day cleanliness of the school buildings and grounds. The role involves key holder duties and ensuring the premises are safe and welcoming for young children.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Access Anchor: Performing key holder duties managing alarm systems and securely locking up and opening the premises at required times.
Maintenance Mechanic: Carrying out routine minor repairs general maintenance and ensuring external contractors adhere to site rules.
Safety & Security: Overseeing site security monitoring CCTV and ensuring clear pathways and safe external areas.
