The Opportunity & Role Profile
This large secondary school requires an experienced and meticulous Data Manager to oversee the integrity analysis and reporting of all school data including student assessment attendance and behaviour. The role is crucial for informing strategic school development and intervention strategies.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
MIS Expert: Managing the schools Management Information System (e.g. SIMS) ensuring data accuracy and compliance (GDPR).
Analytical Reporter: Producing detailed reports dashboards and analysis for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) governors and external agencies.
Assessment Coordinator: Overseeing the input checking and dissemination of assessment data and target setting.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Extensive experience working as a Data Manager or Senior Data Analyst in a school environment. Expert proficiency in MIS systems and data analysis software.
Salary: Highly competitive salary paid on the local government scale (expected to be 35000 - 42000 per annum).
