Were looking for a Product Manager to lead the delivery of new features onto our AtlasNXT platform from concept through to release.
As a Product Manager on the team youll work closely with Engineering and QA to define prioritise and ship capabilities that meet user needs accessibility standards and business objectives aligned with ensuring that our customers (and future customers) are able to protect their people 24/7.
This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced iterative environment is deeply detail-oriented and brings a collaborative pragmatic mindset with a curiosity for modern UX and AI-driven design.
What will you do
Work closely with engineering and QA teams to guide features from concept to release ensuring quality.
Draft PRDs with functional specifications for proposed initiatives and maintain requirements throughout delivery.
Run effective agile ceremonies (stand ups sprint planning retrospectives) to drive an efficient workflow and remove blockers.
Project manage delivery.
Conduct Acceptance Testing of delivered work.
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
Maintain a backlog and ensure work is ready for Sprints.
Agree and prioritise bugs for engineering to deliver.
Ensure capabilities being delivered are marked up for analytics tracking.
Requirements

Experience with Figma Mixpanel Linear/Jira (or similar)
