The Role
Oversee the day-to-day management of the school site.
Line manage caretaking staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage site security maintenance schedules and risk assessments.
Support capital works and improvement projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in a site or facilities management role.
Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
