Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready for an impactful leadership role A high-performing school in Dudley is seeking a School Business Manager to oversee finance HR operations and compliance from January 2026.

This senior full-time role includes managing the schools financial systems HR processes site management safeguarding compliance health & safety contract management and admin team leadership. You will work closely with the Headteacher and SLT to support whole-school improvement.
