A supportive and high-achieving girls secondary school in Kingston is seeking a committed Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to lead the schools SEND provision.

The Role

Lead and manage SEND provision across the school.
Develop and implement EHCPs and individual support plans.
Work closely with teachers parents and external agencies.
Monitor progress and outcomes for students with SEND.
Provide guidance and training to staff.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete).
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice.
