We are now looking for a Sales Manager (Maternity leave cover) for our UK&I sales team. We are based in Soho - London and looking for the manager to be in the office 3 days a week.

You will be joining our UK sales team with the aim of strengthening our leadership where we are already the go-to Employer Branding & ATS tool with amazing clients like London Electric Vehicle Company (LEVC) Arsenal FC Lotus Cars Whyte & MacKay or Space NK ... but weve just scratched the surface

Key responsibilities in the role!

Essential

  • 35 years managing upmarket AEs in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Consistent track record of leading teams to exceed quota in a high-growth company

  • Strong understanding of Enterprise sales motions: account planning multi-threading across deal cycles working with procurement legal InfoSec assessments and RFPs

  • Comfort in engaging with C-Level executives

  • Deep expertise with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC and methodologies such as Challenger Command of the Message and Value Selling

  • Experience coaching on pipeline generation and account based outbound motions

  • Proven ability to build forecasting discipline and operational rigour

Preferred

  • Experience selling in HR Tech / ATS / Talent space

  • Background in a scale-up environment with rapidly evolving processes.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Salesloft Gong/Jiminny Cognism/ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
