The role
This is a full-cycle B2B sales role with real ownership.
You will:
Generate and manage your own pipeline
Run the full sales cycle: prospecting discovery negotiation close
Sell high-impact value-based solutions with clear ROI for clients
Build long-term relationships with French SMBs and larger accounts
No lead handover no pure farming this is a true hunter role with upside.
Why this role is interesting
Uncapped commissions: from 10% up to 40% of collected revenue
High-ticket recurring-value service clients feel the savings
Strong training: energy market pricing contracts sales pitch
Clear growth path once you master the technical side
Most salespeople reach 6070k CZK gross/month within a few months and 100k CZK/month over time.
Compensation & setup
Fixed salary: 42500 CZK gross
Commission: 1040% uncapped
Office-based in Prague (Muzeum) 1 day remote per week
Working hours: 8:3017:30
5 weeks paid leave
Meal vouchers
100% company-covered insurance
Start date: January / February 2026.
