Job Description

We are seeking an AI Developer to drive the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions across our organization. This is an individual contributor role focused on impactful technical execution crossorganizational influence and handson development of enterprisegrade AI products.

Our AI Engineering team supports key business domains while shaping analytic and AI capabilities across the company. You will work alongside AI engineers data scientists product managers and domain experts to build reliable scalable AI systems and help elevate the organizations AI literacy and adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who excels as a deep technical contributor systems thinker and collaborative problem solver without direct peoplemanagement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain efficient high-quality code following best practices in software engineering

• Integrate AI models into production systems to ensure seamless operation and scalability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers data scientists and engineers to deliver AI-driven solutions

• Conduct research and analysis on retrieval techniques language models and generative AI methodologies

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure reliability and accuracy of AI systems

• Prepare technical documentation reports and presentations to communicate methodologies and results

• Stay current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies and apply them to business challenges

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software/AI development/engineering

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Familiarity with modern technology stacks including cloud services data pipelines and databases

• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development

• Experience building Restful APIs for AI models

• Understanding of machine learning concepts such as neural networks optimization algorithms and evaluation metrics

• Familiarity with prompt engineering strategies (e.g. instruction design template-based approaches fine-tuning)

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques

• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g. Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Data Science Physics Bioinformatics)

• Experience with Docker and AWS cloud

• Additional programming languages such as or TypeScript

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices
