Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges in the beauty and fashion industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development marketing and operations to streamline processes and improve performance.
- Document and communicate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including business requirements documents functional specifications and user stories.
- Assist in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Support the development of strategic initiatives and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative solutions to Nykaa.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence applications.
Desired Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience in the beauty or fashion industry will be an advantage.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
