Were looking for someone who is energised by tough challenges relentlessly hands-on and ready to throw themselves into the work. Youll dig into the numbers validate hypotheses drive research and push initiatives over the finish line. Your mission is to identify build and continuously improve the engines that drive acquisition for Gowago.
As a Product Manager youll lead customer-acquisition end-to-end: uncovering user and market problems shaping the product strategy and driving execution to significantly grow sales while maintaining or improving ROI. This role demands real entrepreneurial drive and simple optimisation wont cut it. To succeed youll need to blend data unconventional thinking and rapid experimentation to unlock meaningful growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead gowagos growth strategy and execution working closely with marketing sales UX and tech to accelerate customer acquisition by delivering high value products that drive the business forward.
- Lead a product team of UX designer Frontend and Backend engineers. Grooming planning daily syncs reviews stakeholder check-ins etc. Ensuring UX frontend and backend stay aligned unblocked and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Lead a cross-functional Growth business unit focused on customer acquisition: set the strategic direction define the roadmap coordinate with marketing and lead product initiatives run fast experimentation cycles and own the business outcomes that drive gowagos growth.
- Take informed product decisions with quantitative and qualitative insights. Youll ensure were capturing the right data (both quantitative and qualitative) measuring reporting effectively sharing learnings and creating plans to act on them. Your work will help the entire business make better data driven decisions.
- Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses in order to identify business opportunities and improve the product-market fit of Gowago.
- Manage and improve our existing B2C and B2B products and services ensuring they remain competitive high-performing and strengthen our position with partners.
Requirements
The Must-Haves
- At least 4 years of experience as Product Manager Growth Manager or in a similar role in the digital space.
- Experience leading a team of UX Frontend and Backend engineers.
- Analytical and conceptual skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong project management skills as well as a a hands-on attitude
- Independent person who can work with little direction and proactively seeks solutions.
- Full proficiency in English & German or French
- Ecommerce automotive or marketplace experience
