Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Onsite Technology Lead with 11 14 years of experience to lead technical delivery and client engagement at the project site. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across modern technologies excellent communication skills and the ability to guide both technical and functional aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary onsite technical lead interfacing clients on both technical and functional matters.
Provide solution architecture and suggest technical approaches aligned with business needs.
Lead and mentor offshore teams ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
Coordinate with offshore teams for development deployment and issue resolution.
Own and manage the CI/CD pipeline and release management processes.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews performance tuning and best practices.
Prepare and present technical documentation and status reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Experience in client-facing roles with both technical and functional responsibilities.
Proven ability to lead and guide offshore teams.
Certifications in Azure DevOps or relevant technologies are a plus.
