2. Broker & Intermediary Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and intermediaries.

Proactively manage renewals to ensure continuity of business.

Identify onboard and activate new brokers/intermediaries to expand market reach.
3. Client Engagement & Market Presence

Engage regularly with key clients to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

Represent the organization at industry forums market events and networking platforms.

Enhance regional visibility and credibility in the corporate commercial insurance market.
4. Team Management

Lead mentor and develop a regional sales team.

Foster a performance-driven accountable and growth-oriented culture.

Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
5. Service & Delivery Excellence

Ensure adherence to service standards and turnaround times (TATs).

Coordinate with underwriting operations claims and support teams for smooth execution.

Ensure timely and accurate servicing of sourced business.
6. Operational & Reporting Excellence

Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and reports as per company guidelines.

Ensure correct booking of all new and renewal business.

Manage coinsurance and reinsurance coordination documentation and payments.
7. Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure all business complies with regulatory policy and internal audit requirements.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation proposals endorsements and policy issuance.
