Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Location: Baroda

Shift Timings: US shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST) (Can be upto 7 AM IST as well)

  • End to end sales of Engineering Solution Services
  • Responsible for coordinating activities related to sales and customer service on clients accounts
  • Identifying qualifying and securing business opportunities
  • Creating a Sales pipeline while working on pre-identified accounts as well as through your own initiative (Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients and Emails)
  • Setting up meetings for self andthe US counterparts via cold calls and Emails
  • Acknowledge incoming telephone calls emails letters and messages and pass it to the sales representative or account manager to provide a detailed response
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with your Sales counterpart in the US to secure retain and grow accounts
  • Doing extensive Market Research on all potential clients
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce CRM Excel etc.) of prospective client information
  • Researching potential leads from business directories web searches or digital resources
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals planning and forecasting

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call connect and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic outgoing and friendly demeanour
  • Eager to expand company with new sales clients and territories
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  • Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel)
Bonus Points If:
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Cold calling experience; Previous experience in Services Selling inside sales experience or related sales experience
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
