Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end HCM implementation projects for US and Canada clients
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
Configure test and validate HCM modules such as Core HR Payroll Benefits Absence Management GL Retirement Benefits
Assist in ensuring compliance with US and Canadian labor laws taxation and benefits regulations
Prepare and execute test scripts; support UAT and resolve defects
Provide go-live support troubleshooting and process improvements
Engage

with our Project teams in various geographies in order to understand
their business needs regarding the various modules of Client Product

Participate in client workshops training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities
Stay informed on latest HCM technology updates and compliance changes in US/Canada

Qualifications & Experience

BCS BCA MCA and B. Tech graduates preferred or equivalent in to other academic qualifications.
2

to 5 years of hands-on experience in HCM system implementation
(Workday ADP Oracle HCM Cloud SAP SuccessFactors or similar
platforms).

Strong functional knowledge of US/Canada HR Payroll GL and Benefits.
Demonstrated experience in HCM configuration testing and deployment.
Solid problem-solving analytical and documentation skills.
Effective communication and client interaction abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Location: Client Pune Office. (Onsite 3days ) (Remote 2days)
Shift Timings 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST
