Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apex Full Stack Developer to support a critical financial application for the City. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing browser-based applications focusing on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data integration and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather requirements and develop applications using Oracle Application Express.
Design and maintain custom Oracle applications.
Develop SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data migration and conversion.
Optimize query performance and conduct application debugging.
Create dynamic reports within the Oracle APEX environment.
